Masterclass Highlight – Chef Francois Mermilliod, Restaurant Absinthe
Growing up in the south of France, the roots of Chef Francois’ gastronomical style can be traced to his heritage. Over the years, he has worked in the Caribbean, United Kingdom and Australia. Returning to Singapore, Chef Francois incorporates both French and Asian techniques in his cooking and preparation methods, resulting in numerous international accolades. With his down-to-earth Mediterranean style cooking, Chef Francois currently helms the kitchens at Restaurant Absinthe.
